A wonderful stargazing night took place on Tuesday 22/05/2018, during which young and old people were “guided” on the paths of the starry sky with the help of telescopes. The people in charge of this action, Giorgos Birsianis and Stefanos Sofologis (of the Astronomical Institute of Larisa “APOLARIS”) introduced the audience to the magical world of the universe, answered to its questions and discussed with it. Thus, they proved, in the best way, that astronomy is a science open to society and citizens. We warmly thank the people in charge of this action, the people who honored us with their presence and especially our little friends, who deeply enjoyed it! The same action took also place in July 2021 and the participation was great once more.
